By accessing or using any service provided by 618bet, the User expressly represents that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in Brazil;
• Are at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;

The 618bet reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. • Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once the on-screen confirmation is displayed along with the generated ticket number. The User is responsible for reviewing the bet details before confirming.
• Odds change: Odds may change between selection and confirmation. 618bet will display the updated odds for you to accept or decline before your bet is finalized.
• Cancelled or suspended events: If an event is cancelled before it begins, bets will be refunded. If an event is suspended after it starts and is not completed within 24 hours, bets may be voided or settled in accordance with the specific rules of each market.
• Multiple bets: In combination bets, if a selection is voided, the corresponding amount will be recalculated using odds of 1.00 for that selection.
• Cash Out: Available on selected events. The Cash Out value is calculated in real time based on current odds. 618bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend Cash Out during high-volatility events.
• Live betting: Live markets may be suspended at any point during an event. Bets already confirmed before the suspension remain valid.
• Obvious odds errors: 618bet may void bets placed at odds resulting from evident technical or human errors, even after confirmation. The wagered amount will be returned to the User's balance.

The 618bet does not accept bets from players who hold insider information about the outcome of any event. The use of bots, automated scripts, or any method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and retention of funds pending investigation.

The 618bet reserves the right to suspend or close any account, at any time and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Creation of multiple accounts by the same User;

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any method of improper exploitation of the platform;
• Bonus abuse, including the use of third-party accounts to accumulate promotions;

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions.

In cases of closure due to a Terms violation, the 618bet may hold pending funds during an investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, the funds may be forfeited in favor of the platform. If no violation is confirmed, the available balance will be returned to the User via their previously registered payment method.
